"I did not have any repairs done at this business however I was in desperate need of a disassemble and estimate of damages for insurance. Every shop in town had a 3 month waiting period to take a bumper off and take a couple pics to get an accurate estimate of a rear ended collision. I called BA’s and spoke with Tony, he said bring it in, I’m open 8-5! He was able to get the bumper off and the insurance company all the pics they needed as well as a estimate within a couple days of dropping it off. Very polite staff and Tony was very helpful although he was stretched thin, he executed the assignment in a much more timely manner than I could have imaged at that point based on the appointment dates with other shops!"
